Engineer Network & Cyber Security (1782)

Client is seeking an Engineer in Network & Cyber Security to join their Engineering & Development team. In this role, you’ll drive security initiatives across the product portfolio, integrate robust security measures into products, and collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering or Cybersecurity Engineering, experience in System Engineering and IT/OT integration, and strong communication skills.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
•       Be a pivotal role in our Engineering & Development team, driving security initiatives across our product portfolio.
•       Support development teams by integrating robust security measures into our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
•       Act as a crucial link between our R&D and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and innovation.
•       Partner with Release Owners and engage with our global cyber security community to stay ahead of emerging threats.
•       Lead the transformation of our Network & Cyber Security architecture, including both hardware and software solutions.

Qualifications for the role:
•       M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Network Engineering or Cybersecurity Engineering, preferably, with two or more years of relevant work experience.
•       Proficient in System Engineering, IT/OT integration and Project Environment, with experience in Automation Engineering being a plus.
•       Fluent in English, with strong communication skills; Swedish language skills are an advantage and if not proficient, we see that you have a willingness to learn.
•       Driven by curiosity and a strong desire to learn about and implement new technologies.
•       A team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
