Rust Software Developer (1302)

We are seeking a Rust Software Developer to join our development team, which is industrializing our new logistics solution: GPSS (Generic Photo-based Sensor System).

GPSS is an AI-powered system that uses cameras to identify obstacles and robots in real time within our factories. It enables navigation for autonomous transport robots that deliver parts to our production lines. Most of the system is implemented in Rust and deployed in our Kubernetes clusters inside the factories.

We are now looking for support in implementing a tool that will allow plant operators to calibrate cameras, manage the AI training pipeline, and monitor the live system in production, as well as contribute to the development of robust workflows.

You will be joining a small, highly skilled team where you will be expected to quickly take ownership and contribute to the development.

Skills, Experience, and Mindset
• Extensive programming experience with Rust as the primary language; also proficient in Python, C++, or similar
• Experience with GitOps, Kubernetes, and container-based development
• Preferred: experience in robotics, automation, and computer vision (OpenCV, semantic segmentation, etc.)
• Proven track record of implementing real-world industrial applications
• High energy, strong drive, and ability to handle diverse business topics
• Curious, adaptable, and passionate about emerging technologies.
